Has some spots of wear but is a GREAT, accurate scale. All paint is there. Just tiny bit of rust. I used this for years! I even relied on this for shipping, lol and it never let me down. I finally got converted to digital. This is a heavy and bulky package, so if you live on the opposite coast than us, it is like $50 shipping fed ex and even more USPS Parcel Post. BUT, if you live on same coast or in nearby shipping zone, you will receive shipping refund of overage!!!!!
