I don't exactly know what this does, never had a Scent Maker before. Lol. This looks awesome though. Wicked 80's. This was mint, unused, and still factory wrapped when I scored it. There is a tealight included with it. The candle goes in the base of it. The hat and head is the top. Not sure where the scent part comes in. There must be some type of product or just generic potpourri that gets added to it. I don't have info on that because I never had one of these. You could just burn tealights in it and it would still be cool. Stands probably 7 inches high. Instructions printed on the box.
