This is a vintage aqua ball ideal jar with aqua glass lid. The jar is filled with sea glass. Not sure how to judge quality of sea glass, as I am not an expert by any means. There are a variety of sizes and colors of glass in this jar. Frosty amber and green and clear glass and there is a piece of cobalt. I did not open this because frankly I just don't have the time to.
